Accessibility
We build this platform to be usable with a keyboard, a screen reader, magnification and reduced motion. Here is where that stands.

Our target
We aim to meet WCAG 2.2 Level AA across the public site, company stores and administration. That target applies to new work as a release requirement, not as an aspiration.
What is in place
- Every interactive element is reachable and operable with a keyboard alone.
- A visible focus indicator on everything focusable, and a skip link to the main content.
- Form fields carry programmatic labels; errors are announced, linked to their field, and never signalled by colour alone.
- Text meets the 4.5:1 contrast minimum, including hint text and secondary labels.
- Dialogs trap focus while open and return it when closed.
- Motion respects your reduced-motion setting.
- Tables use proper headers, and sortable columns announce their sort state.
- Loading states are announced politely rather than read out as placeholder rows.
What we know is outstanding
We would rather list these than claim they are done:
- No independent third-party audit has been carried out yet. Our conformance claim is based on our own testing.
- Checkout runs on Shopify and is outside our control. We test the handoff, not the checkout itself.
- The scheduling calendar is embedded from Cal.com; its accessibility is theirs. If it causes you a problem, email us and we will book the time for you.
- Screen-reader testing has covered our main journeys but not every administrative screen.
Tell us about a barrier
If something on this site stops you doing what you came to do, we want to hear about it — it is a bug, and we will treat it as one. Email sales@urbancustomz.com with the page and what happened, and we will acknowledge within two business days.
If you would rather not use the website at all, contact us and a person will handle it with you directly.
