What this covers

These terms cover access to and use of this platform. They do not replace any supply agreement, quote or purchase order between Urban Customz and your organisation — where a signed agreement says something different, the agreement wins.

Accounts

• Accounts are issued by invitation. You may not create one on someone else’s behalf or share your credentials.
• Your company administrator controls who has access to your company store and what role each person holds.
• You are responsible for activity under your account. Tell us immediately if you think it has been used by someone else.
• We may suspend an account that is being used to attack, scrape or disrupt the platform.

Orders, pricing and checkout

• Prices shown in the public catalog are list prices for single units. They are not a quote.
• Company-store pricing is whatever has been agreed with your organisation, and the total shown at checkout is the total charged.
• Payment, tax and shipping are processed by Shopify. Your order and its fulfilment are governed by that checkout.
• Availability is live and can change between adding something to a cart and completing checkout.
• Final pricing on a custom order depends on quantity, decoration method and deadline, and is confirmed in the quote.

Allowances and approvals

Where your employer has set an allowance or an approval threshold, those controls are theirs. We apply them as configured; we do not adjudicate them. Questions about your balance or a rejected request go to your company administrator.

Your artwork

• You keep ownership of everything you upload. You grant us only the licence needed to produce what you have ordered.
• You confirm you have the right to use the artwork you send us. We will not reproduce third-party trademarks or copyrighted work without evidence of permission, and we may decline a job on that basis.
• Uploaded files are stored privately and are not published or shared beyond what production requires.

Acceptable use

• Do not attempt to access another organisation’s data.
• Do not probe, scan or load-test the platform without written permission.
• Do not upload malware, or content that is unlawful or infringing.
• Do not use the platform to send unsolicited commercial messages.

Availability

We aim to keep the platform available, but it depends on third-party services — Shopify for commerce, Supabase for data, Vercel for hosting — and we do not promise uninterrupted access on this page. Any availability commitment lives in a signed agreement.

Ending access

Your company administrator can remove your access at any time. If your organisation’s programme ends, the store closes and order history remains available to your employer for their records.
